Payment Methods & Security

At Jako Online Store, we want to make your shopping experience convenient and secure. We currently offer the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): You can pay in cash directly to our delivery agent once you have received and inspected your package. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready as our riders may have limited change.
• Mobile Money on Delivery: We also accept payments via MTN MoMo or Airtel Money at the point of delivery to our official merchant codes provided by the delivery agent.
• Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX). The price you see at checkout is the final price you will pay. There are no hidden fees or additional taxes added after you place your order.
  > Note to Google: We do not collect or store any credit card information on our servers. All transactions are handled physically at the time of delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.

We strive to deliver your orders across Uganda as quickly and safely as possible.
Delivery Areas & Timelines

• Kampala & Entebbe: Same-day or next-day delivery (within 24 hours).
• Greater Central Region (Mukono, Wakiso): 1–2 business days.
• Upcountry Districts: 2–3 business days via our regional courier partners.
  Shipping Costs

  Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location:

•  Standard Delivery (Kampala): UGX 5000
•  Standard Delivery (Outside of Kampala): UGX 10,000
•  Free Shipping: We offer free delivery on all orders above UGX 300,000

Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an SMS or phone call from our team to coordinate the exact delivery time. Our delivery agents will call you when they are near your location.

Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, our rider will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Please note that after two failed attempts, the order may be cancelled.
